Practice Makes Perfect
Helpful instructions for Ezel Bezel
1) Measure the circumference of item you are wrapping with the bezel wire.
2) Cut the bezel wire to fit. Some say it is best not to overlap since it will be difficult to tighten as tight as needed to keep it all together.
We have found that over lapping by one hole in the bezel and tying into the next hole does in fact work just fine.
So again Practice Does Make Perfect. You can always start over until you get it just right. Who knows maybe your way will be the Best Way for You. So do keep at it. This is all very new and really in a state of progress.
3)Next cut a piece of connecting wire long enough to get through holes on both side and wrap tighten the bezel to a good closed position.
(24 or 26 gauge wire is best if usung your own wire. NOTE: Our wire matches the plating on bezel wire)
4)Once the above step is done now you can wire wrap a bail or even wire a finished bail onto your design.
PLEASE NOTE: Another trick you might also like is to use your favorite beading wire and a crimp and crimp cover. Close the two ends of the bezel together with the beading wire crimp and then add your bail with wire or beading wire. Then cover your work with a crimp cover.
With practice you will get the hang of it and be off and designing some of the newest and freshest designs in a competitive market. If you find a new way that is your way then that really puts you ahead.
Best of luck to you and hope you to like the Ezel Bezel like many of our customers already do.
